LID 10 Highway 59 Fence Replacement Project

American Wall Systems has been contracted by FBC LID 10 to replace a portion of LID 10’s fencing within the community. This communication serves to provide you notice that on or about September 8, 2025, American Wall Systems will be removing the existing fence located on LID 10 property adjacent to your property. Each of the hand delivered letters will be given out a week prior to construction of the homeowner’s actual fence and the September 8th date is the start date for the overall construction. American Wall then will be installing a new wood fence in its place. All demolition and construction activities will occur between 7:00 am and 7:00 pm, Monday through Saturday.

Once initiated, construction activities will affect your property for a period of approximately 3-4 weeks, barring any unforeseen issues or weather delays. We will update you regarding the status of construction if we exceed this projection.

During the period from the removal of the existing fence and installation of the new fence, the contractor will install temporary chain link fence into the property approximately 5 feet.

To facilitate construction, please:

  • Remove any items (for example, lawn furniture, firewood, trash cans, ladders) stored within ten feet of the permanent fence line;
  • Remove any structure attached or adjacent to the perimeter fence;
  • Remove or trim hedges, vines, or trees located within 10 feet of the permanent fence to provide access for the work crew; and,
  • Make alternate arrangements to secure pets usually in your backyard beginning on the date indicated in the introductory paragraph above.

American Wall Systems is not responsible for securing any personal property or pets within the area within 10 feet of the permanent fence.

American Wall Systems will make every effort to cause you as little inconvenience as possible, and your patience is very much appreciated. Thank you for understanding.

Do not hesitate to contact American Wall Systems should you have any questions or concerns regarding these activities. Please leave a voicemail if we are not able to answer your call; should you call on a weekend (our office is closed), we will respond over the next few business days.

Sincerely,

Mark Arroyos, Project Manager
